• Monitoring the NetAct internal alarms and takes corrective action against.
• Checking Preventive Health Check reports and alarms
• Monitoring and maintaining the NetAct database.
• Monitoring system activity, disk usage, and log files
• Maintain OSS server and ensure application availability
• Restarting virtual VMs and NetAct services, when necessary in during maintenance activities
• Scheduling the cron and script job in Linux virtual machines for automation process
• Checking status of system backup and scheduling online DB and DFS backup, scheduling VDP backup for all the Virtual Machines.
• Migrate the Virtual Machines one host to another host for system maintenance activity
•  User Access Management in Net act system (Citrix user creation, node user creation, password reset, configuring permissions, user profile creation, etc.)
• Installing and publishing the Net act applications (BTS manager, 3G BTS manager, Hit, BMT ,2G flexi BTS manager, WinSCP, SSH, etc.) in NetAct SYSTEM.
• Static route adding in Cisco routers and HP switch for new Network Element addition in NetAct
• Integration and re-integration Network Elements (BSC, RNC, SBTS, MSC, and MGW) in NETACT OSS.
• Migrate the Network Elements one OSS to another OSS depends on circle requirements.
• Troubleshoot Ticket handling for each issue, closing the TT with in SLA time.
• Providing support to care team in Net act Software (NetAct 15.x, NetAct 6.8, and NetAct 17.8) upgrade activity.
• Troubleshooting NetAct issue (Fault management, configuration management, performance management, software management, NMS related issue)
