The Delivery Head shall be in charge of business operations of the Telecom Services which IWS renders to its prestigious clients in India. Having healthy attitude of building relationship with customers to increase the business and delivery with high quality is a major key aspect of this profile

Business

• Business focused nature required to increase the business volume with good margin
• Ability to understand the flow of the business requirement in the market and present proposals to the customer for new business opportunities
• Regular travel to circles to meet customer and understand the project requirements
• Responsible to work on RFP/RFQ  and present a techo-commercial proposal to the customer
• Fix budgets to the delivery team and monitor the same till the completion of the project.
• Weekly and Monthly report and cost sheet presentation to the Sr. Management Team.

• Vast knowledge in understanding the competencies required to form a team
• Should have skills in creating a strong organization and project delivery team in order to sustain under any market conditions and project pressure
• Responsible to source and built vendor teams where ever required
• Responsible in training and enhancing self and team’s competency

Compliance

• Having good knowledge of HR, OHS, ISO and Cyber Security Standards and preparing all process for delivery to adhere the same
• Monitoring and ensuring the above standards are implemented and followed in all stages of the projects with the support of QEHS team
• Compliance Report Submission and analysis for further improvements along with QEHS team

Delivery

• Creating process document for activities required to be delivered
• Deriving the budget required to deliver the project and having very strong monitoring process in place to ensure the project is being delivered within budget, timeline and quality
• Building Risk Management Process and implementing the same in order to keep the projects falling into any crisis situation
• Strong methods in place to control expenses done in the projects and reconciling on the target cost/activity
• Strong methods in place to monitor and ensuring the quality of the project
• Collection of Work Completion Certificates and follow up to the Invoicing process in order to maintain the healthy cash flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of Experience in Handling Telecom Project/Program Management,
• Through Knowledge of Complete Telecom Delivery Lifecycle, covering Network Installation, NPO and Managed Services Projects,
• Candidate must have working experience in west zone,
• Should have knowledge of Samsung/Nokia/Huawei/Zte /Ericsson Systems and Projects,
• Good control over all project budgeting and cost control,
• Very Fluent in English, Hindi and any one of the South Indian Languages,
• Good Command over MS office ,
• Ready to travel for business meet and project requirements
