Job Description
Fully responsible for all aspects of attached consulting service delivery to selected customers
Apply standardized consulting delivery approach replica orologi rolex and tools as defined by practice areas
Establish and manage cross-functional transformation plan
Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to collect customer requirements & impact decision making
Identification of impact of software solutions on areas, processes and functions
Prioritization of transformation initiatives and risk identification in implementing the initiatives
Development of communication material or methodology to identify best practices, opportunities for improvement
Implementation of transformation plan and change management around software solutions
Establish continuous improvement model
Desired Candidate Profile:
7+ years in the Telecom or IT industry or 5+ years in management consulting industry
Financial understanding of Telco operations and business case development
Operational understanding of Telco functions, including marketing and customer care
Good understanding of Frameworx (eTOM) process mapping, knowledge on ITIL a plus
Good understanding of CEM concepts and customer centricity, knowledge of Nokia solutions a plus
Ability to work with both technical and management layers with customers
Customer Experience Management or Service Quality Management, or Digital Transformation, Digital Journeys and Capabilities Data Monetization and/or Business process re-engineering and organizational change management watches replica

Willingness to travel (50%) and spend time in customer premises
