Job Description

  • Fully responsible for all aspects of attached consulting service delivery to selected customers
  • Apply standardized consulting delivery approach and tools as defined by practice areas
  • Establish and manage cross-functional transformation plan
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to collect customer requirements  & impact decision making
  • Identification of impact of software solutions on areas, processes and functions
  • Prioritization of transformation initiatives and risk identification in implementing the initiatives
  • Development of communication material or methodology to identify best practices, opportunities for improvement
  • Implementation of transformation plan and change management around software solutions
  • Establish continuous improvement model


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • 7+ years in the Telecom or IT industry or 5+ years in management consulting industry
  • Financial understanding of Telco operations and business case development
  • Operational understanding of Telco functions, including marketing and customer care
  • Good understanding of Frameworx (eTOM) process mapping, knowledge on ITIL a plus
  • Good understanding of CEM concepts and customer centricity, knowledge of Nokia solutions a plus
  • Ability to work with both technical and management layers with customers
  • Customer Experience Management or Service Quality Management, or  Digital Transformation, Digital Journeys and Capabilities  Data Monetization and/or Business process re-engineering and organizational change management
  • Business case development
  • Willingness to travel (50%) and spend time in customer premises
