• Responsible to trouble shoot the reasons for poor network performance and provide suitable optimization suggestions.
• Resolution and investigation of radio related customer complaints.
• Conducting network Survey’s , audits and surveys to improve the performance of the network,
• Submitting the reports in the standard formats within SLA
