Job Description
7+ years of experience as data analyst in telecom domain.
Work as part of existing CEM Insights & Analytics function to support business units in the operator in developing adhoc business insights from CEM data
Capable of applying advanced analytics to prepare forecasting and prediction models
Prepare visualization of data insights for business to be able to take fast actions to generate business results
Deliver the insights as per the agreed SLAs between Client and Operator teams
Adhere to insight generation process in full coordination with Client business consultants to provide timely estimates and deliver
Skills & Competencies:
Strong telecom background, which includes sound understanding of IP Data Networks and protocols and good understanding of CDMA, UMTS, LTE Wireless Data Network architecture replique montre
Strong data manipulation skills using SQL/Hive/Spark
Good understanding of various big data concepts.
Software coding experience in scripting languages like Unix Shell, R, Python to extract and manipulate data
Comfortable performing analytics on business intelligence tools like R, Python, Tableau, Excel, etc.
Strong verbal, written and visual articulation skills using PowerPoint to effectively communicate complex ideas.
Ability to work with both technical and management layers in customers
Familiarity with end customer surveys, such as satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score measurement
Skills and Qualification
Minimum of BE/B.Tech in computer science from a reputable institution, MBA a plus
