Job Description

Experienced in Project Management Operations in the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closeout for various Banking, Technology, Consulting, Insurance & Retail clients in US & India.

Job Responsiblities

Have a deep understanding of your organization’s strategy, culture, and customers.
Embrace the importance of helping staff understand why changes should be made so they can make informed decisions when they encounter obstacles.
Focus on existing/on going project, do understand and anaylysis its data, track it according to their contract, prepared its status report, do project management review with respective project manager.
Understanding a typical project life-cycle (appraise, select, define, execute and operate)
Understanding project types (waterfall versus agile) and work accordingly with team
Project reporting – producing gantt charts, updating resourcing sheets
Recording meeting minutes and managing decisions/actions
Project control – managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, action registers, resourcing
Project setup – building a business case
Focused on the successful completion of projects and monitoring the impact and effectiveness of the procedures outline.

Qualification Criteria

BE/Project Management/ITIL certifications preferred

Key Skills

O365 including Sharepoint, OneDrive and Teams MS Project or equivalent Trello & Slack
