Rupinder Oberoi (Director)

Rupinder Oberoi is the Global Director of IWS. His 18 years of experience in development and deployment of 2G and 2.5G cellular systems in UK, India, Singapore and Malaysia, with an awarded 3 patents in microcellular algorithms for GSM on his name, has been a foundation for IWS. With over all of 30+ years of experience, he has held numerous management positions ranging from engineering management, project management to business head with overall division responsibility including business development, sales, operations and P&L. His mentorship has helped IWS to grow exponentially in a decade in India & Africa.

Vivek Kamboj (Director)

Vivek Kamboj is the Global Director of IWS, who is an energetic people orientated leader. His 18+ years’ experience in leadership and ethics of handling business operations has created a unique position & reputation for IWS in the Telecom Industry. His skills in understanding the market and client’s needs had been a path opening for the IWS success. Under his direction, IWS is successfully delivering multiple projects and has won many awards and accreditations in Indian subcontinent & Africa.

Ssathish Padmanaban (Chief Operating Officer)

Ssathish Padmanaban is the Chief Operating Officer of IWS. His Techno-Commercial & Operations Skills in Telecom Industry has been a significant strength in propelling projects across India and has paved the way to expand the scope of services rendered to our clients. His key potential coupled with a acclaimed tenure in working in all profiles and departments over 16+ years has helped IWS in continuously improving business operations and expanding our portfolio.

Ujwal Aima (Chief Commercial Officer)

Ujwal Aima is the Commercial Head of IWS. He brings in an overall value of his 18+ year’s of expertise in Pre-Sales, Business Development, Procurement Management in on-site and offshore Telecom Projects. His extensive networking and customer handling skills has added tremendous value to IWS and have enabled IWS to grow its business with major OEM’s and Operators in multiple countries.
