Job Description


  • 10- 15 Years of total experience with minimum Telecom/IT industry with 5+ years in management consulting role
  • Governance with the operator executives to drive business transformation, track progress and manage any risks/issues.
  • Work with the operator replicas de relojes and OEM teams to define new use case.
  • Responsible for adoption of specific use cases as per a defined governance model within internal team
  • Responsible for advising on continuous improvement and value realization from SOC operations
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of overall CEM process, deliverables and results taking continuous onsite feedback from customer.
  • Redesign/Align Business Processes
  • Use case adoption training and onsite execution support.
  • Business value tracking & reporting.
  • Reporting and sharing the status of use case definition and adoption with main stakeholders and project sponsor.

Skills & competancies:

  • Financial understanding of Telco operations and business case development 
  • Operational understanding of Telco functions, including marketing and customer care  
  • Good understanding of Framework (eTOM) process mapping, knowledge on ITIL a plus  
  • Good understanding of CEM concepts and customer centricity.
  • Ability to work with both technical and management layers with customers demonstrates a professional manner.
  • Digital Transformation, Digital Journeys and Capabilities.
  • Business process re-engineering and organizational change management
  • Business case development
  • Use fact-based problem-solving methods 
  • Strive for customer business benefits and customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualification

Minimum of BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Equivalent from a reputable institution, MBA a plus
