Technician can installation the telecom equipment (Antenna, RRU, RRH, ODU) on the tower & routing and laying the RF and jumper cables. He must be capable of using the laser meter, magnetic compass & hand GPS. Good knowledge of hardware in the shelter (BTS, power unit , etc.)
Job Responsiblities
Tower climbing
Remove, install and repair various types of Antenna
Install antenna mounts, antennas, transmission lines and ancillary equipment on communication towers
Perform all general ground procedures associated with the installation of a communication tower
Ensure the proper inspection and use of personal safety equipment
Work safely on towers incorporating 100% tie off - fall protection practice Ensure
Work is completed as per client and employer standards, prepare reports as required
All work need to perform under the guidance of engineer.
