The candidate shall be in charge of business operations of the Telecom which IWS renders to its prestigious clients in multiple countries. Having healthy attitude of building relationship with customers to increase the business and delivery with high quality is a major key aspect of this profile
Job Responsiblities
Business focused approach required to increase the business volume with good margin
Deriving the budget required to deliver the project and having very strong monitoring process in place to ensure the project is being delivered within budget, timeline and quality
Responsible to support on RFP/RFQ and present a techno-commercial proposal to the customer
Tracking of project forecast and ensuring to deliver the maximum share in the roll out
Strong methods in place to control expenses done in the projects and reconciling on the target cost/activity
Should have skills in creating a strong organization and project delivery team in order to sustain under any market conditions and project pressure
Building Risk Management Process and implementing the same in order to keep the projects falling into any crisis situation
Strong monitoring process in place to ensure the project are being delivered within budget, timeline and quality
Regular (70% of travel) travel to meet decision makers and stakeholders of customer and understand the project requirements and plan for increasing the business volume
Continuous discussion with customers from the kick of meeting to, PIP, project delivery, troubleshooting and final acceptance of the activity
