The Project Manager shall be in charge of Telecom Projects (Planning, I&C and RF) allocated to him/her in respective circles/zones/accounts. Having healthy attitude of building relationship with customers to increase the business and delivery with high quality is a major key aspect of this profile
Job Responsiblities
Customer Interactions over phone and direct meeting (required to travel to multiple circles on requirement) for business, project and delivery discussions
Deriving the Budgets required for delivering the project in line with the Delivery Heads direction and approval before start of the project
Project Planning, such as but not limited to Resource, Logistic, Vehicle, Vendor, Costing related planning and initiation
Team Building, Team Coordination, Vendor Management
Rollout execution with defined Quality process in-line with customers AT process
Project tracking and ensuring delivery within budget, quality and timeline
Coordination with cross functional team.

Customer interaction on DPR, Escalation Matrix resolution
Quality Delivery on Line Items : RF Planning, RF/TND/EMF Survey, MW Installation, EnodeB Installation, SCFT, Cluster AT and Benchmarking
Should have min of 7 years in wireless rollout (RF and I&C background Exp. are preferred)
Should have worked in Field on RF/I&C Projects for minimum 2 years
Should have handled multiple projects for minimum 4 years
