Responsible for advising on continuous improvement and value realization from SOC operations.
Responsible for continuous improvement of overall CEM process, deliverable and results taking continuous onsite feedback from customer.
Good understanding of Framework (eTOM) process mapping, knowledge on ITIL a plus & Good understanding of CEM concepts and customer centricity..
Ability to work with both technical and management layers with customers demonstrates a professional manner.
Identifying sales opportunities for Client to create further customer value
