Looking for a vibrate Telecom Expert who can enable and run the Service Operations Center (SOC) Operations by applying industry best practices in the process and guiding the team to implement the same and delighting the customer with new experience.
Responsible for advising on continuous improvement and value realization from SOC operations.
Responsible for SOC process execution as per industry best practices and improving the integration between different SOC functions.
Responsible for reporting SOC Operations performance at monthly steering committee meetings •
Responsible for supporting SOC engineers on CSOC tool features and use.
Review operational design and process workflows produced by the expert centre
Support CEM Office lead to prepare a winning plan and to drive actions to closure with onsite follow ups.
Guide evolution of SOC operating model based on information such as, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources
Work with the operator and OEM teams to define new use case.
Managing the RAN, NOC, Ticket & customer support team.
Define and develop key performance indicators and measurements to ensure efficiency
BE in CSE, ECE or EEE
15 Years of experience in NOC/SOC operations execution at telecom operatorsPMP certified.Change/Transformation Management Experience
