Job Description

Ability to analyze performance bottlenecks and provide both improvement / tuning recommendations • Ability to perform system analysis, resolve complex issues with respect to performance, capacity, backup, recovery, integration, etc • Perform research of viable technical /non-technical solutions

Job Responsiblities

Triaging, authoring and execution of a Plan of Action Execution using existing troubleshooting and request fulfillment playbooks for technologies
Monitoring, response and reporting of backend and clients’ health for technologies
Triaging (L1) of service degradations and interruptions associated with technologies
Scoping, authoring and execution of a Plan of Action for non-standard service requests associated with technologies
Representing technologies listed above (SME product and OS, Network and Application integration knowledge) in triaging activities performed by 2nd and 3rd level support teams in Org IT and ABMs (L2)
Scoping, authoring, execution of a Plan of Action (including coordinating external 3rd parties, vendors, and CI owners across Org IT) for service in integrations with existing for service degradation/interruption events associated with technologies
Coordination of exception request process (L1), collection of data points for risk exception requests and drafting of vulnerability and mitigating factors assessments (L2) associated with technologies
Performance metrics reporting (L1), trend analysis and optimization recommendation (L2) for defined security metrics
Support of HR and Cybersecurity investigation by conducting analysis of information flows/exchange of individuals and groups. At least 16x5 with 1-3 hour (P1-P3) turnaround time. (L2)
Authoring and deploying to production configurations and policies for technologies listed above (L2)
Coordination (planning, scheduling, communicating, executing) of backend updates/upgrades of technologies listed above (L2)
Coordination (planning, scheduling, communicating, executing) of endpoint agent updates/upgrades for technologies listed above (L2)
