Job Description

Ability for driving and facilitating improvements within our Product Engineering community. Using Agile methodology and practices, you will shape the way we deliver products and leverage technology at tide. Prior experience in Agile principles beyond Scrum and Kanban.

Job Responsiblities

• Stand up new Agile teams and facilitate their formation and effectiveness
• Long-term facilitate the adoption of ALM into the team’s daily routine
Lean Start-up methods, Design Sprints, Lean UX) and in Tech (Scrum, Kanban, XP practices, CI/CD, DevOps)
Responsible for effort estimation, Resource Planning, Project Planning and final delivery for new/existing business deals and project
Facilitating different scrum ceremonies like daily stands, retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
You'll need knowledge of modern development practices and tools, as well as a background in coaching cross-functional teams into high performing teams.
• should be able to do technical compliance and assessment of firewall, routers, Windows Server, File Server, O365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online etc), Windows Defender ATP is added advantage
• Knowledge of SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc
• Stand up new Agile teams and facilitate their formation and effectiveness.
help in setup of the PM framework, train, implement and mentor the project teams and govern various projects across domains as per PM checklist
Partnering with the Product owner in order to develop a release strategy, track progress, manage stakeholders, and prioritise the backlog.
Act as central point of contact for application access related issue, meeting facilitation, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, timesheet approvals, capturing lessons learnt, act on escalations, project budget reporting and schedules and progress monitoring.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile techniques like user stories, continuous integration, TDD, automated testing and Agile games • Familiar with Java, Apache Tomcat, Linux, Unix, Windows, Springboot, Springbatch, Spring-data, Angular JS for UI • Self-starter, strong influencing skills and extremely hands-on in the management and coaching of Agile teams • Must be a Certified Scrum Master Certification with BE holder/Management • Must have good experience of various estimations methods used in Agile SDLC. Certification of Agile TDD is added advanatage
