Qualification Criteria

	Scrum Methodology: Expertise in implementing Scrum framework principles and practices. Facilitation: Experienced in leading Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
	Agile Practices: Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Lean principles.
	Team Collaboration: Skilled in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
	Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
	Continuous Improvement: Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery. Conflict Resolution: Ability to identify and address conflicts within the team to ensure a positive and productive working environment. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes and tools.
