	Knowledge to use safety kit (FBH & DL, Safety Helmet, and Safety Shoes etc) and must follow all OHS policy
	Have knowledge to use Drive test tool, GPS, compass, camera, tilt meter, inverter, etc
	Proficient in conducting RFID Survey, BTS/NodeB/eNodeB-I&C, Microwave Antenna I&C,RF Survey, LOS Survey, EMF Survey/Testing
	Engineers should not have any fear on climbing tower. Working at height will be the part of daily work
	Skilled in defining the scripts required for drive test, scenarios of drive required for every technology and project and conduct extensive coverage and quality drive for the given call or cluster
	Should have recorded the projects worked against the target given for evaluation whenever asked for
	FARM TOCIL certified, medically and physically fit to travels anywhere and ready to climb tower as per the project requirement
