Solid knowledge of different network procedures (Attach, Detach, session mgmt., paging, TAU, Handover, IRAT, SRVCC) |

Good knowledge of radio features (CA, Beam forming, MIMO) |
|
Hands-on experience with design of radio performance/analysis counters & KPIs for both User Plane & Control Plane traffic |
|
Knowledge of 4G PCMD, 5G PCMD is a plus. |
|
Create Uses cases with the help of Data Analyst to improve network quality |
